Grace's father-in-law Emmett is admitted to the hospital with chest pains and finds he has to have bypass surgery. Wade tells Nadine it's okay if they can't have kids, and that he'd be just as happy adopting.

Jeff's second ex-wife Terry is pregnant and tells Cybill that Jeff is the unwitting father. Meanwhile, Cybill and Maryann take William shopping but return home with the wrong stroller and baby.
