When writing I lean towards subjects such as dreams, aspirations, peace, Mother Nature, death and what happens to us as we pass from this to the next phase of our lives. There's plenty of different writings in this book so please make the most of this pick 'n' mix. If you enjoy these stories, it would help me if you spread the word to friends and family. Some stories may have you laughing and others might bring a tear to your eye - both emotions are valid and there are few things better than a right good belly laugh or an uncontrollable crying session to let all that tension out. Each week I write poetry, short stories, or the odd piece of flash fiction and post it on my Facebook page or my Storyteller website. Inspiration can come to me from anywhere and does so, making my mind's eye work overtime. It only takes me to be sitting in a cafe when a waitress drops a tray and my mind is off and running. Has she some illness? Were the plates too hot? Did a sniper's bullet hit her or did some unseen spirit from the dark side claw the tray from her hands? That's what I mean about fertile imagination.
