Dean Miller, local historian, takes the videographer on a tour throughout the City of San Luis Obispo, relating as they go, the changes that will take place where and when throughout the City within the next few years. He points to old buildings that have been moved and stops in front of buildings that will be saved as progress takes place. He is the owner of an old downtown complex, which he gladly shares on this exciting tour in a pick up truck.
