Alien boy Pleskit has removed his grandfather's brain from the master tank hoping to gain some insight into human ways, but trouble ensues when he misplaces the cranky organ in the mall.

After rumors start about horrible happenings at the alien embassy and a rise in anti-alien sentiment on Earth, sixth-grade alien Pleskit Meenom decides to investigate the situation.
